[EN] Legal Terms – “Nest Pass” Giveaway

  1. ORGANIZER
    The organizer of this giveaway is Nests Hostels – INTERMEAL, S.L., with registered address at Víctor Machado, 12, 38400, Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, and owner of the Instagram and TikTok profiles @nesthostels.
  2. SCOPE OF THE GIVEAWAY
    The giveaway is open to residents from anywhere in the world.
    The winner must be able to travel to Tenerife and/or Gran Canaria by their own means.
    The prize does not include flights or transportation.
  3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
    The participation period begins on August 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM on August 28, 2025.
    The winner will be announced via Instagram and TikTok Stories and contacted by direct message on September 1, 2025.
  4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
    Participants must meet the following requirements:
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a real and active Instagram profile (fake accounts and bots will be excluded)

Nests Hostels reserves the right to verify that participating profiles meet authenticity, activity, and age requirements.
Only comments made within the participation period will be accepted.
Edited or deleted comments will not be considered.

How to participate:

  • Follow @nesthostels on Instagram or TikTok
  • Like the official giveaway post
  • Mention at least 1 friend in the comments
    (You can participate multiple times as long as you tag different people)

Accounts belonging to brands, companies, or deemed suspicious may be disqualified.

  1. PRIZE
    The winner will receive a Nest Pass valid for 7 free nights in participating hostels in Tenerife and/or Gran Canaria.

Conditions:

  • Valid for stays of up to 7 nights within 12 months from the winner announcement date (until 01/09/2026).
  • Subject to availability and must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
  • Not valid for stays between November 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
  • Only valid for mixed shared dorms.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Upon confirmation of the reservation, the winner will receive an email with the stay rules and the company’s terms and conditions, which must be accepted to validate the prize.

  1. WINNER SELECTION
    The winner will be chosen randomly through an external platform (e.g., AppSorteos, Sortea2, or Easypromos).
    The announcement will be made via Instagram and TikTok Stories or live.
    If the winner does not respond within 5 calendar days, a new winner will be selected.
    Nests Hostels reserves the right to invalidate a winner’s entry if there is any breach of the terms or fraudulent activity detected.
  2. DATA PROTECTION
    Personal data (username) will be used solely for the management of the giveaway.
    It will not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
    Participants may exercise their right to access, rectify, or cancel their data by sending an email to: nestsocialteam@gmail.com
  3. DISCLAIMER
    This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated in any way with Instagram or TikTok.
    The platforms are not responsible for any aspect related to this promotion.
    Nest Hostels is not responsible for technical issues, human error, or access difficulties during the participation period.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
Nests Hostels – INTERMEAL, S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the giveaway in cases of force majeure, fraud, or any situation that compromises its proper execution.
Any matters not covered by these terms will be resolved by the organizing team in good faith and in the spirit of the giveaway.
